REAL-TIME LEADS
I placed my order, when can I expect to begin receiving
my leads?
We have found the best day to initiate campaigns Mondays.
All orders received by Friday at midnight EST will be included
in the campaign beginning the following Monday.<back>
How long does it take complete my order once I begin
receiving leads?
Typically your complete order will fill in 7 days, however
depending on the market conditions and holidays, it can take
up to 14 days. <back>
If I receive a bad lead, what is your replacement
policy?
When dealing with real-time leads, each optin is verified
by email prior to getting a letter about your opportunity.
Since we can only verify the email address, there will be
some instances where a person has entered a wrong number either
intentionally or by mistake. If you receive a lead with bad
contact information, simply send the lead information to us
utilizing the "Contact Us"
form.
We will verify the bad lead information and enter you in
the system for a replacement. <back>
I contacted a lead I received and they say
they have no idea what I'm talking about and say they have
never seen my ad?
As discussed in the replacement policy, since we verify the
email information as the lead is generated, there are some
situation, that a person could enter the contact information,
i.e. name and phone number of someone else. We cannot control
this, however, we can replace the lead if it does happen.
If you receive a lead with bad contact information, simply
send the lead information to us utilizing the "Contact
Us" form.
We will verify the bad lead information and enter you in
the system for a replacement. <back>
I have noticed the same contact delivered to
me more than once, why is that and does it count against
my order?
No, it does not count against your order.
When a person opts in from any of our advertising, a check
of the system is done to see if that person has opted in previously....if
so, the person is sent back to the site of the user they originally
opted into. <back>

I have submitted my site but cannot find it on the search engines?
- Ensure that your site is fully operational. Here are some tips:
- Your page should not generate error messages such as "File not Found", "Internal Server Error".
- Your page must not require a username, password, cookie or other authentication in order to access it.
- Your page must not REDIRECT to another page.
- Most Search Enagines do not spider pages hosted on a secure server (i.e., https://)
- Check that your robots.txt file does not prohibit the spider from spidering the page
- The web page must contain text in the HTML, not graphics only.
Once you have addressed any problems and your site is operational,
all Search Engines re-spider to include your page within 48
hours to 1 week. So you are guaranteed that your site is always
included for the entire subscription period.<back>
What is the difference between the free Add URL services at partner sites such as HotBot and the Priority Inclusion service?
The Priority Listing service is a PREMIUM and EXPRESS listing service as provided by each Search Engine. Each Search Engine provides specific benefits for their paid inclusion services, such as:
- Express 48 Hour inclusion into AltaVista, Inktomi,
Slider and whatUseek.
- Rapid 5 day inclusion into the LookSmart (UK, FR,
JP) and WebWombat index.
- Your URL will be refreshed every 48 hours to weekly for
a 6 to 12 month period.
- Guaranteed inclusion and higher placement on some Engines.
- Weekly comprehensive click through and keyword reports
to monitor your listing's performance.
- Ranking reports to monitor your listing's search engine
placement and positioning.
- Whereas sites submitted through the free submission sections:
- Are NOT guaranteed inclusion. Many pages submitted for
free are purely ignored and never indexed, due to the high
volumes of such submissions made on a daily basis.
- Inclusion usually takes between 2 to 6 months, if at all.
- Once included your pages are spidered only during periodical
updates (usually once a month to every 2 months).
- No click through, keyword or ranking reports<back>
Are there any restrictions on what I may submit?
- All sites submitted must follow the Submission Policy,
Terms of Service and Content Policy as set down by each
Search Portal. <back>
